INSTRUCTOR Nancy Pleiter-Sadowy, CTRS, Med, is a certified American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor and Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist. She combines the two modalities to instruct children and youth basic swimming skills. She designs her classes to be inclusive, developing an individualized swimming program for each child within a group lesson. In other words, she adapts the skills to each child’s ability.

DIRECTIONS

From the North: take 95S, exit 19 for Wells/Sanford, take a right onto Route1S and continue south for 5 miles through Ogunquit Center.  Meadowmere Resort is located on the left.  From the South: take 95N, exit 7 for York/Ogunquit, take a left onto Route1N and continue north for 7 miles past Ogunquit Playhouse.  Meadowmere Resort is located on the right. Parking:  is beyond the main entrance.   Sign In:  When passing the lobby, please sign in on the indoor pool log at the front desk.

 

POOL  PROCEDURES

Showers: not available - bathroom located in pool area Long Hair: pulled back or put into a cap. Observation: Parents/Caregivers/Guests/ Siblings are asked to remain in the atrium or in the pool area. Shoes: Please remove before going into the changing or pool area. Safety: I expect all patrons to respect the facility before, during and after lessons. For reasons of safety, One Step Further reserves the right to ask you to refrain from participating in Choose To Swim program.

PAYMENT

Payment in full is required by all participants before lessons begin. A fee of $25 will be charged for returned checks. Once payment is received I will notify you to confirm availability. There are no refunds unless I cancel a class. Make-up classes are not available.

Private: $44.00 (per lesson) Semi-Private: $54.00 (per lesson) Group: $61.00 (per child / per session
