Choose To Move: Participants discover just how much fun it can be to exercise. Our students have severe cognitive, behavioral and developmental challenges. Other students are older adults who want to attend an innovative and playful class. All types of music encourages students to bend, flex, stretch, swing, twist, and run.
U Can Canu: Adventurous students, those who are aging and those with disabling conditions explore the beauty of the lakes in New Hampshire. We stress skill mastery; students become skilled canoeists as they participate in team building activity, exercises and activities that improve students ability to enjoy the art of canoeing no matter what their age or ability.
Interaction Workshops: Discover new techniques! Share with others! We believe that people learn mort effectively when they become involved in the learning process. Our workshops engage participants in our innovative and successful techniques.
Choose To Swim: Nancy Pleiter Sadowy has moved to Maine and conducts Choose to Swim in the seacoast area of Main and New Hampshire
